Kimberly Lynn graduated from UCLA in 1987 with a BA in Art History. Previous to her career as a Real Estate professional, Kimberly started her own company ARGO CHARTERS at age 19 and bought a charter boat, making her the youngest charter boat owner in the Marina del Rey. From 1995 Kimberly has been a Location Manager for TV and Film. She was the 2018 COLA Award winner for Best Location Assistant of the Year. She has scouted locations across Southern California. Her skill in real estate has roots in her expertise on set as the troubleshooter, problem solver, and middle man between the property owner and the production company. She handled rental contracts for the properties' hired maintenance, technicians, and staff. Her influential clientele includes Tim Conway, Raquel Welch, Rod Stewart, Elizabeth Taylor, Diana Ross, Arsenio Hall, Jim Henson, Wolfgang Puck, and Vin Scully. When not working hard to meet the needs of her clients, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her daughter, Gianna. Her genuine enthusiasm, positive attitude, and charisma has allowed her to excel in every feat she has accomplished, from running her own company to being a stellar real estate agent.
